RITTER Trademark Secured…

As we continue to refine the new Ritter brand, we want to bring you up to speed on a very specific legal and administrative item that we just got in place.

The US Patent and Trademark Office has issued us a registered trademark for the Ritter Trademark, name, and logo very specific to this as shown (below). This will help us brand our product moving forward and also legitimizes our connection to the type of machines that Ritter has built for years.



So what does this mean for you?

It means that we are the only company that can sell under this Ritter Trademark and that any other companies using this logo are doing so illegally. We will continue to make great, heavy duty, American built machinery here in Michigan USA.
